Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Telemetry/PCU Cardiac Unit. The ideal candidate will possess strong telemetry experience and a dedication to providing high-quality care to patients within a rapidly changing environment.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and assess patient vital signs and telemetry readings.
- Administer medications, including blood transfusions and IVs.
- Perform high-level respiratory and cardiac assessments.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care.
- Engage with patients and their families to provide education and support.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- ACLS and BLS certification.
- Telemetry experience is a must.
- Preferred: NIH Stroke certification, PALS, ICU, Tele, or PCU experience.
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas.
