Job Description
Join our dynamic rehabilitation therapy team as a Physical Therapist, where you will provide critical care services in both acute care and inpatient rehabilitation settings. As a key member of our knowledgeable staff, you will deliver one-on-one patient treatments aimed at improving mobility and overall functional outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Provide individualized physical therapy treatments to patients.
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate patient documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Must have at least 1 year of experience in acute care and/or inpatient rehabilitation settings as a Physical Therapist.
- Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.
- Experience in completing modified barium swallow studies is highly preferred.
