Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Registered Nurse with expertise in Ambulatory Operating Room settings. This position offers a local rate differential and does not require float, on-call, or weekend shifts. The nurse will work collaboratively with the surgical team to deliver high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

Provide patient care in the Ambulatory Operating Room, focusing on lower extremity, spine, pelvis, and upper extremity procedures.
Administer medications and treatments safely and effectively according to protocols.
Monitor patient conditions post-procedure and provide necessary follow-up care.
Maintain accurate patient records and utilize the Community Hospital charting system.
Collaborate with surgical staff to ensure efficient and effective patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
Minimum of 1 year of experience in an Ambulatory Operating Room or similar setting.
Experience preferred in procedures such as Colonoscopy and EGD.
Valid state nursing license at the time of submission.
