Endoscopy Registered Nurse (RN) - Contract Position

07:00 AM - 03:30 PM (Flexible depending on scheduled case start times)

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Endoscopy Registered Nurse (RN) for our endoscopy unit. The ideal candidate will possess endoscopy knowledge and be a strong team player. In this role, you will work collaboratively with a team of professionals to provide exceptional patient care before, during, and after endoscopic procedures.

Responsibilities

Assist in endoscopic procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
Monitor patients during recovery from sedation.
Maintain and operate endoscopic equipment.
Provide educational support to patients and families regarding procedures and aftercare.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal care delivery.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Valid RN license and Endoscopy experience preferred.
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Experience with Olympus Scopes and EndoSoft preferred, as we are transitioning to Provation.
