Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team. This position offers a challenging yet rewarding experience, working within a varied caseload that includes outpatient, acute care, skilled nursing therapy, and home health.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing treatment plans.
• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.

Required Experience

Two years of experience in acute and long-term care settings is preferred.
