Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for our Inpatient Rehabilitation unit. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with therapy departments to provide optimal patient care. The focus will be on enabling patients to gain independence while ensuring a safe and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient progress and adapt care plans accordingly.
• Administer medications and manage IV therapy as needed.
• Collaborate with physical, occupational, and speech therapists to support patient rehabilitation.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and guidelines, including fall precautions.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have at least one year of inpatient or rehabilitation experience.
• Current RN license required.
• BLS certification required.
• Completion of cardiac arrhythmia review test required.
• ACLS certification and medical/telemetry experience preferred.
