Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for our NICU unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to family-centered care, working in collaboration with a skilled team to provide exceptional support to neonates and their families. This new service line is outfitted with the latest equipment and technology, promoting a high standard of care.

Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive nursing care to neonates in a 6-bed NICU setting with a patient ratio of 3:1.
Assist in the stabilization of infants requiring CPAP or ventilation.
Perform procedures such as line placements, circumcision assistance, and intubation.
Utilize advanced medical technology including GE bedside monitors and phototherapy lights for care delivery.
Document patient information accurately using Meditech and CPNS systems.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Active RN license; temporary licenses will not be accepted.
Must have a minimum of 2 years of NICU experience.
Certifications required: BLS, NRP, STABLE.
Experience with central lines and stabilization during deliveries preferred.
