Schedule
Day shift available, from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with potential shifts from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM. On-call one night per week and every 4th or 5th weekend.
Assignment Duration
This is a 13-week contract position.
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Cardiac Cath Lab RN with experience in Diagnostic and Interventional Cardiac Cath labs. The ideal candidate must be able to provide high-quality patient care and be familiar with relevant protocols and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Assist and circulate during cardiac catheterization procedures.
- Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures.
- Administer medications as needed and manage patient care in accordance with established protocols.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care.
- Participate in patient education and support to help them understand their treatment.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Diagnostic and Interventional Cardiac Cath labs.
- Current certifications in BLS and ACLS are mandatory.
- Experience with Epic charting system is required.
- Charge nurse experience is preferred.
