Job Description
Regional West is seeking a dedicated Licensed Occupational Therapist to join our team. As part of our commitment to excellence, all travelers are expected to meet low/mid/high performer expectations. If performance standards are not met, contracts may be terminated immediately. The role may require floating to other units, departments, or patient care areas based on staffing and operational needs. We currently have 2 inpatient and 1 outpatient position available.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive evaluation and treatment plans for patients.
- Implement therapy interventions to promote rehabilitation and recovery.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care.
- Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Valid Occupational Therapy License in the state of Nebraska.
- American Heart Association's BLS for Healthcare Providers required upon hire.
