Shifts are organized into five 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, with a rotating start time required.
Job Description
The Operating Room Radiologic Technologist will be responsible for providing quality imaging services and ensuring the safety and comfort of patients during imaging procedures in the operating room. The ideal candidate must exhibit proficiency in the use of GE OEC C-arms and both GE and Shimadzu portable imaging equipment.
Responsibilities
- Perform radiographic procedures in the operating room.
- Collaborate with surgical teams to provide optimal patient care.
- Maintain and operate imaging equipment in accordance with safety protocols.
- Ensure patient records are accurately maintained and communicated to the relevant healthcare personnel.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a radiology and operating room setting.
- Current ARRT certification.
- BLS certification (AHA).
- Proficiency in using GE OEC C-arms and GE and Shimadzu portable machines.
