Day shift, 3x12-hour schedule (07:00 - 19:30), with options for 36 or 48 hours per week.
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with a minimum of 1 year of inpatient Med/Surg experience, including Telemetry. This position involves providing nursing care to adults and geriatrics in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for managing patient care with a ratio of 1 nurse to 6 patients, including the interpretation and management of dysrhythmias and adherence to isolation precautions and PPE protocols.
Responsibilities
- Manage a Med/Surg patient population with Telemetry monitoring.
- Provide assistance and support to interdisciplinary teams including Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, and more.
- Adhere to safety protocols and patient care standards, including management of isolation precautions.
- Float to units of equal or lesser acuity as needed.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Minimum 1 year of inpatient Med/Surg experience, including Telemetry.
- Must possess BLS certification.
- Recent Epic charting experience required (within the last 6 months).
- State or Compact RN license required at the time of submittal.
