Description
Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) team. This position requires strong expertise in pediatric respiratory care, particularly in high-level care settings such as NICU and PICU.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality respiratory care to pediatric patients in NICU, PICU, and CVICU settings.
- Monitor and assess respiratory status and implement appropriate interventions.
- Coordinate with medical staff and interdisciplinary teams to plan and deliver patient care.
- Utilize advanced respiratory therapy techniques and equipment.
- Participate in floating across assigned units, including Shaker Children's Rehab and various NICUs.

This position involves night shifts, following a 3x12-hour schedule from 19:00 to 07:30.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Minimum of two years of clinical experience in pediatric respiratory therapy, particularly in NICU and PICU settings.
- Active Ohio RRT license required.
- Current certifications: NBRC, BLS, Advanced NRP, and PALS.
- All relevant certifications must be submitted at the time of application.
