Job Description
Join a state-of-the-art inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital dedicated to the recovery of individuals who have experienced severe injuries or illnesses. As a Rehabilitation Nurse (RN), you will provide specialized treatment and ongoing care to patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, helping maximize their health, function, and quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a rehabilitation setting.
- Monitor patient progress and respond to their needs during the recovery process.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and families regarding rehabilitation protocols and procedures.
- Assist with daily activities and ensure a safe healing environment.
Schedule
This position offers a shift from 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM, with weekly guaranteed hours of 48.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Rehabilitation Nurse (RN).
- Current BLS certification required.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
