Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Cath Lab Registered Nurse to provide specialized care in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong circulating and conscious sedation skills, with a background in managing various cardiac conditions.
Responsibilities
- Circulate procedures and assist in various specialties including Cardiac Cath and Peripheral Interventions
- Conduct diagnostic catheterizations and interventional procedures
- Administer procedural sedation and monitor patient vitals
- Utilize specialized equipment such as Impella, IABP, and Shockwave during interventions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Cath Lab environment
- Current ACLS and BCLS certifications required
- Active Florida or Compact RN license required
- Experience with Cerner EMR preferred
- Ability to perform conscious sedation and circulate procedures
