Job Description
Join a premier healthcare facility as an Outpatient Physical Therapist. In this role, you will evaluate patients and develop and implement treatment plans aimed at improving strength, range of motion, balance, safety, and overall function. You will also provide education to patients and their caregivers regarding home exercise programs.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Implement therapy sessions to enhance patients' strength and functionality.
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Bachelor’s degree in physical therapy.
- Current Colorado PT licensure or compact for Colorado.
- At least two years of PT experience; 3-5 years preferred.
- BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
- Flu vaccination required from October 1st through April 1st (no declinations accepted).
