Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00) shifts available. Weekend shifts required every other week.
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Complex Medical Unit Acute Care team. The ideal candidate must possess the necessary skills and experience to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients within the complex medical unit.
- Monitor patient status and implement effective nursing interventions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
- Educate and support patients and their families regarding care plans and health management.
- Perform clinical procedures following hospital protocols and best practices.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Active unencumbered Tennessee RN license (or multi-state license).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a comparable acuity hospital.
- BLS certification required.
- Experience with Cerner EMR is mandatory.
- Must pass basic dysrhythmia interpretation and medication tests during orientation.
