Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing patient needs, implementing care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document findings.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
- Advocate for patient needs and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams.
Required Experience
Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a clinical setting.
Certifications / Licensure
Active RN license in the state.
