This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule / Shift

3 x 12 hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM. Every other weekend required and 3 out of 6 holidays required. No on-call or float requirements.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with expertise in Labor and Delivery and Antepartum. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for evaluating patients and assisting physicians in patient care. Key responsibilities include:

Responsibilities

Plan, implement, and document nursing care based on patient needs.
Identify patient needs and prioritize care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
Develop and coordinate individualized care plans for assigned patients.
Perform therapeutic nursing interventions and manage patient care.
Document care in alignment with standards of care and practice.
Advocate for evidence-based practice standards and support implementation of innovations in care delivery.
Provide patient-centric care in accordance with the professional nursing practice model.
Other duties as assigned.

Required Experience

Preferred years of experience: 3 years in Labor and Delivery and Antepartum.

Certifications / Licensure

BLS (Basic Life Support)
NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)

Scrubs

Scrubs provided - Navy Blue.
