Quick Look: ARMStaffing is looking for an MRI Technologist, Radiology (Day Shift) in Richmond, VA.

Assignment Duration
This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule/Shift
This position offers a 12-hour day shift from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with a weekend call rotation of typically one weekend per month and two week nights of call each week (11 PM - 6 AM).
Job Description
The MRI Technologist will be an integral member of the Radiology Department at Chippenham Hospital. You will perform MRI procedures including brain, spine, orthopedic body, abdominal, and cardiac scans while using GE 450W 1.5 T equipment. You will work with an EMR system that includes Meditech and Centricity PACS.
Responsibilities
- Perform MRI imaging procedures as per protocols.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures.
- Maintain accurate patient records in EMR systems.
- Assist in the maintenance and quality control of MRI equipment.
Required Experience
- Experience with GE equipment is mandatory.
Certifications/Licensure
- VA License as an MRI Registered Technologist.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
