Shift options include 5x8 or 4x10 Day shifts. Guaranteed 70 hours per 2 weeks, with no weekend requirements or call obligations.

Job Description

The Occupational Therapist will provide critical care to patients across various settings including Outpatient, Acute Care, and Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF). This role involves assessment and treatment of diverse patient populations, including pediatrics and adolescents, in a Critical Access Hospital that supports a broad range of diagnoses.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic strategies to enhance patient recovery.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress in the Epic charting system.

Required Experience

• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience.
• Experience in Acute Care, Activities of Daily Living, and therapeutic modalities such as Electrical Stimulation and Ultrasound.

Certifications/Licensure

• Current BLS certification.
• Active NBCOT certification.
• Alaska State License required; pending licenses are not accepted.
