Evening Shift: 5x8 hours from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM.

Job Description

This position is located in a Level 1 Trauma and Stroke Certified Hospital with a dedicated Children's Emergency Department. The CT Technologist will need to work independently when required and will be involved in providing high-quality imaging services to various patient populations, including neonates, adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics.

Responsibilities

• Performing CT scans on patients as per imaging protocols.
• Administering contrast media and ensuring patient safety during procedures.
• Utilizing specialized equipment, including GE 64 VCT/Lightspeed and GE 128 Revolution.
• Maintaining accurate patient records and observing strict hygiene and safety protocols.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams such as Respiratory Services and Radiology.

Required Experience

• At least 1 year of experience as a CT Technologist.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Previous experience in a Level 1 Trauma Center is required.

Certifications/Licensure

• ARRT (CT) certification is required.
• BLS certification is required.
