ED RN
Shift: 10:30A-11P
Submission Requirements:
Must live 75 Miles away from facility - TRAVEL
WILL TAKE LOCALS - Local rate (less than 75 miles)
Up to date resume that includes 2 years of experience in ED with some PEDS experience. Also, documenting travel experience.
TRAVEL EXPERIENCE IN ED IS REQUIRED
Skills Checklist matching specialty
Drivers licenses with address that matches demographics
Current AHA ACLS , BLS, PALS, NIHSS
TNCC IS REQUIRED!!
NURSYS Report Licenses verification with ACTIVE NY License
RTO MUST be included at time of submission

Job Description:
Unit: Emergency Department
Shift: 1030AM-1100PM. (Block Scheduling is never promised or guaranteed)
Charge Capability: HIGHLY PREFERRED
Floating Required: Yes
Scrub Color: Navy Blue

Unit Specifics:
Common patient diagnosis: Stroke, Sepsis, Trauma, MI, Cardiac Arrest, Resp Failure
Specialty Equipment: Rapid Infusor, Arctic Sun
Patients: Newborn, Pediatrics, Adults, Geriatric
Number of Beds in the Unit: 64 beds , 2 Triage, 40 acute, 6 super track, 2 Trauma, 10 CDU, 6 psych
Required Drips & Medications: Pressors- Levophed, Neo, Epi, Vasopressin, Dobutamine & Dopamine, Vasodilators- Cleviprex, Cardene, NTG , Anti-arrhythmic-Cardizem, Amiodarone, Lido, Sedation- Precedex, Propofol, Fentanyl, TNK, Heparin and Insulin
