- 12hr days 7a-7p 36hr gt.
- FLU SHOT REQUIRED,
- Facility will provide (2) days of orientation on day shift then will change to nights (subject to change per facility schedule) GT: 36
- Tobacco FREE Facility Everyday clothing attire - no scrubs
