Description

"1. General job duties.
No peds cases. Be able to circulate, push meds & sedate in a procedural and hospital setting. Cath lab procedures such as heart caths and angio cases including leg, visceral, carotid, and AAA Cases. EP cases like pacers and temps

2. Equipment utilized
GE for charting (cardio/Mac lab), EPIC for patient info charting

3. Required skills
2 years RN experience with at least 1 cardio related. Sedation experience preferred.

4. Licensures and certifications required
Wisconsin RN license, ACLS, BLS

5. Shift requirements
Day shift plus call coverage to help lighten the call on staff

6. Number of patients a day
10-20 a day. 4 roles in a room (RN, Scrub, xray, monitor)

7. Nurse to patient ratio
1:1

8. Dress code
No outside scrubs. Hats & masks required for all cases

9. Unit/department specific training and orientation required
Will be set up with a senior nurse for training. Continual support through the day with preceptor and additional staff"
