Shifts times - 6:00-6:30 Day Shift. 36h / 48h rotating every other week. 
Weekends - every other weekend is required. If someone wants to work every weekend, we can work with that.
Block Scheduling - We block schedule all staff.
Minimum required Experience - 2 year minimum. Will consider experience in other fields but needs LTC experience.
