Registered Nurse - Dialysis
16 weeks
Burlington, VT
Shift - Rotating 4am-4pm

Outpatient Dialysis RN for Joy Dr. Address: 35 Joy Dr., So. Burlington VT 05403. Floating as needed to St. Albans & Berlin is required. No call but Saturday requirements. Travelers must work 2 out of the 4 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, and New Years Day.

Requirements: • AHA BLS • Prior travel experience preferred • A minimum of 2 years of experience required • Must be flexible with schedule, will work 8/10/12 D/E shifts as needed • EPIC experience from within the past 2 years .

Additional Information: • IVS to OFFER • Monday to Sunday • No block schedules for any reason • Please ensure all employment gaps over 90 days are explained • This facility requires ALL work history information (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) to be complete in order to submit Disclaimers: • Public Transportation is NOT accessible in this area, please ensure you have reliable transportation, personal vehicle or rental vehicle are strongly recommended • Vehicles should be equipped with all season or snow tires during the months of November – April
