Position Description:
10H Day shift, either 8am-6:30p or 8:30a-7p - either is okay - every other weekend required Must have MA license, CPR and inpatient PT experience Main Function: Acute inpatient position to work as part of an interdisciplinary team performing evaluations, developing a plan of care, and providing treatment for patients requiring Physical Therapy services with a wide variety of diagnoses. Provide patient, family and care giver education. Complete all documentation to ensure accurate and timely information. Candidate should demonstrate a high degree of professionalism and flexibility. Additional qualities include: excellent interpersonal and communication skills, organizational skills, and problem solving skills.
NO local travelers will be accepted (cannot reside within 50 mi from the facility) Orientation is every other week - 01/15, 01/29, 02/12 NM to interview and offer Please provide dates and times available for interview at time of submission
ALL RTO REQUESTS MUST BE PRESENTED AT TIME OF SUB Travelers who have worked for Beth Israel Lahey Health as perm or per diem within the last six months will not be accepted - MUST be separated from facility for six months to be considered
