CHARGE NURSE EXP IPREFERRED
Up to date resume that includes 2 years of experience in ICU, SICU, CTICU, Trauma ICU, MS ICU, or Neuro ICU and documents travel experience.

NURSYS Report Licenses verification with ACTIVE NY License ALL active RN licenses.

Job Description:
Unit: ICU
Shift: 6:30p-7a (Block Scheduling is never promised or guaranteed)
Must have experience with CRRT and Prismaflex
Heart experience HIGHLY preferred - Manager looking at these as priority!
Floating Required: Yes
Scrub Color: Navy
Unit Specifics:
Beds: 42 beds (East 20, West 22), Neuro/Med: 22, CTICU: 6, Surg/Trauma: 14
Floating required if needed: To all units except Behavioral and ER (unless holding)
Common patient diagnosis: Neuro/Med -Strokes, Sepsis, AMS, Neuro Intervention (TCAR), Resp Failure, CHF, Post Stemi
CTICU- CV surg, Cardiogenic Shock, AAA Surg/Trauma- Trauma, Major post-op sx
Specialty equipment used on unit: IABP, CRRT (PRISMA or NxStage) Ventriculostomy, ICP monitoring, TTM (Artic Sun)
