Position Description:

Monday-Friday 8-4:30 or earlier.
This is a RN coordinator position - they will be responsible for helping to coordinate the care for transplant patients.
Helping schedule follow up appointments, coordinating their post surgery care, medications etc.
This would be ideal for someone who has a background in transplant surgeries and great customer service.

Must be separated from BILH for 6 months to be considered (perm, per diem, contract). No Locals
