Description

Assignment for 16-26 weeks

LPN for LTC/SNF unit: Floating required, every other weekend minimum, no call.

Requirements: • A minimum of 1 year of experience • Prior travel is NOT required, but preferred • NY license, or proof of application with applied date, required in packet at time of submission - please note NY licensing takes 6-8 weeks and we will take that into consideration with start dates/offers

Additional Information: • IVS to OFFER • Monday to Sunday • Bi-weekly Orientations on Monday, next available is 1/12 • No block schedules for any reason • This facility requires ALL work history information (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) to be complete in order to submit • Please ensure all employment gaps over 30 days are explained • Covid and Flu declinations accepted- please have either proof or declinations in packet Disclaimers: • Public Transportation is NOT accessible in this area, please ensure you have reliable transportation, personal vehicle or rental vehicle are strongly recommended • Vehicles should be equipped with all season or snow tires during the months of November – April
