Facility: University of Vermont Medical Center


CRU MUST START WITHIN 2 WEEKS - Med-Surg: Acute M/S Tele RN. Every other weekend requirement. NG tube insertion, peripheral IV insertion, telemetry strip interpretation all done by bedside.

Requirements: • AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, and NIHSS are required - NIHSS prior to starting; Telemetry certification is preferred • 5 years' experience in med surg tele OR 3 years of tele experience is required • Prior travel is required • Must have completed 2 travel assignments in 300 bed facilities OR have previous experience at any UVMHN acute care facility • EPIC experience from within the past 2 years is required and nonnegotiable
