Registered Nurse (RN) – Progressive Care / Neuro Stepdown

Location: Atlanta, GA 30303
Assignment Length: 8 Weeks
Schedule: Day Shift | 3×12s | 36 hours/week
Start Time: 7:00 AM

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Progressive Care / Neuro Stepdown unit in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate will have strong neuro experience and be comfortable managing stepdown-level patients in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Requirements

Active RN license (verification required via Nursys)
Minimum 2 years of experience in Progressive Care, Neuro Stepdown, or related specialty
NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification – must be included in submission packet
Neuro stepdown experience required
- Strong Med/Surg RNs may be considered if they have:
  - NIHSS
  - ACLS
  - Some stepdown experience
EPIC EMR experience required (must be noted on profile)
ACLS certification
Ability to work weekends (no block scheduling)
