Up to date resume that includes 2 years of experience in acute care setting (specialty) and documents travel experience.
2 recent (specialty) Charge/Manager RN References
Skills Checklist matching specialty
Active NH or Compact RN license required at time of submission
BLS, ACLS, & NIHSS, will need to pass a Dysrhythmia Exam w/ 80% during onboarding
NURSYS Report Licenses verification with all active RN licenses
RTO MUST be included at time of submission
EMR Exp Preferred: Cerner - experience is preferred not required
Cardizem and Insulin Drips (insulin for hyperglycemia, not DKA) Phenobarbital on Tele
Will Consider First time travelers with good experience
Traveler may be requested to float to Concord Hospital-Laconia, 80 Highland Street, Laconia, NH, 03246
