I had a fantastic experience working with Shubham. From our first conversation, it was clear that they truly understood the healthcare industry and the unique challenges professionals face. They took the time to learn about my background, career goals, and preferred work environment before presenting opportunities that genuinely aligned with my experience. Communication was exceptional — Shubham kept me updated throughout every stage of the process, provided valuable interview tips, and offered honest feedback.
