Position Title: Clinical Nurse I, II, III, IV
Department: Patient Care Services
Location: Santa Fe, NM
Shift: Days/ Nights | 3 /12
Start Date: ASAP
Position Summary
The Registered Nurse (RN) serves as a clinical practitioner responsible for coordinating and implementing patient care across assigned units within the float pool. The RN delivers high-quality, safe, and efficient care appropriate to the age and needs of the patient population served. This role supports the mission, philosophy, and goals of the organization while demonstrating professionalism, teamwork, and respect for patients, families, physicians, and colleagues.
Essential Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures

Coordinate and implement individualized patient care plans

Float across multiple patient care units as needed
Licensure & Certifications:

Current New Mexico RN license or current Compact State RN license

BLS & ACLS certification (AHA required)

NRP certification required
Supervision

Reports to: Patient Care Director or Nurse Manager
