Position Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical/Surgical (Intermediate Level)
Unit: 4N Medical
Facility: Wilmington Hospital
Location: 501 West 14th Street, Wilmington, DE 19801

Assignment Details

• Contract Length: 13 weeks

• Start Dates: Tuesdays (weekly start dates)

• Schedule: Night Shift

• Shift: 3 x 12-hour shifts

• Hours per Week: 36 hours

• Compliance Timeline: 4–6 weeks on average

Requirements

• License: Active Delaware RN license or Compact license (must be in hand at submission)

• Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of recent Medical/Surgical experience (no exceptions)

  • Intermediate-level MS experience required

• Certifications: List of all certifications with expiration dates

• Travel Requirement:

  • Travel position

  • 51-mile radius rule applies

Submission Requirements (Must be included with initial submission)

• RN license number and expiration date

• List of certifications with expiration dates

• RTO (Request Time Off):

  • All RTO must be submitted upfront

  • Any RTO submitted after initial submission will not be considered or approved

Scheduling & Unit Expectations

• Call Requirement: Yes

• Holiday Requirement: Every other holiday

• Weekend Requirement: Every 3rd weekend

• Float Requirement: Yes, to units within similar acuity
