Job Description: 
***50 mile radius for local rate*** ***Must plan 5 weeks for credentialing non-resident DE: In person fingerprints are required. T must go to DE once accepted to begin the process and then results will post 3-4 weeks from that point*** START DATE: ASAP for scheduled orientation Home Health experience and Oasis CREDENTIALING REQ: 5-10 business days CANCEL POLICY: 14 days' notice Pay Cycle - WEEKLY PAY # of WEEKS: 13 SHIFT/HOURS: M-F, 8D GWW: 40 Weekend requirements: Traveler RNs - On Call and Weekend Requirements On call rate for travel RNs: • On call 2 per month (max 3 per month) o We have a non-clinical person taking all initial calls 4:30pm- 8:30am, so the RN only receives true clinical issues. • On call is 4:30pm – 8am (sometimes the shift is assigned as 4:30 – 8:30pm or 8:30pm – 8:00am) o We do not make patient home visits from 8:30pm – 8:00am ? Phone triage only; maybe 1-2 calls from 8:30pm- 10:00pm and rarely a phone call from 10:00pm – 7:00am. Weekend rotation for travel RNs: 1 weekend every 4 weeks. Most folks work Sat/Sun, but we can set it up for 2 Saturdays every 4 weeks (If this works better). We usually give an alternate day off during the week, so the nurse is not working 6 or 7 days straight. LICENSE: DE Coverage area: up to 60 mile radius.
