Position: Registered Nurse – Operating Room (OR)
Facility: Christiana Hospital
Location: Newark, DE
Start Dates: Tuesday starts (weekly)
Contract Type: Travel / Local
Hours: 40 hours/week
Shift: 8-hour or 12-hour Nights only (no 10-hour shifts)
Schedule: Based on unit needs – no block scheduling
Call Requirement: None
Holiday Requirement: None
Weekend Requirement: 1 weekend per 4-week schedule
Float Requirement: Yes, within similar acuity areas

Unit Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of recent OR experience (no exceptions)
• Must have prior travel experience
• Must Scrub and Circulate – no exceptions

Interview Process:
• Voice Advantage Interview
• Nurse Manager Screening/Interview

Compliance Timeline:
• 4–6 weeks on average to complete compliance

• Active Delaware RN License or Compact License (license number & expiration date required)
• List of certifications with expiration dates
• ALL RTO must be listed at submission (no changes accepted after)
• Full SSN, Date of Birth, and Address
