Shift Information: 0800-2000 Sat/Sun/Mon

On Call, Call Back Requirements: included in dept on-call rotation cadence; currently 6-week rotation

Weekend Rotation: Every weekend, this is a weekend position request

Holiday Requirements: include one holiday during contract

Floating Requirements: n/a
