LGH - Sterile Processing Serv

JOB DESCRIPTION

To be minimally qualified for this position, your candidate MUST have:

3 years SPT experience - must have tray assembly experience
Previous travel experience
Active CBSPD or CRCST in hand
Experience in EPIC

Skills required: Tray assembly, Sterilization, Wrapping, Decontamination, Instrument inspection, High level disinfection

Charting System/Equipment: EPIC, Censitrac for instrument tracking - preferred

Scrub Color: Procedural

Unit Information:

Minimum Years of Experience required: 3 years
Will you accept a first-time traveler? No

Required License, National Certification, Certs:

CBSPD/CRCST

Skills required:

Tray assembly (absolute must), sterilization, wrapping, decontamination, instrument inspections, high level disinfection
Ask manager approval for no EPIC experience

Technology/Equipment:

EMR: EPIC – ask manager approval for no EPIC experience
Sensitrac for instrument tracking – preferred experience

Floating:

Orientation (facility and unit):

1 shift in the department

Scheduling:

Weekend rotation
On call: No
Holiday Expectations: none
Approval of RTO: Yes, up to one week
Shift times: 12pm start (1200-2030)
