Primary Purpose
The Registered Nurse – Resource Team provides comprehensive nursing care through skillful assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation in accordance with facility or department policies, procedures, and/or protocols under the supervision of the nursing leader. The RN Clinical Nurse/RT assists in maintaining a safe work environment and performs all related job responsibilities in a safe manner. The Registered Nurse – Resource Team maintains clinical and professional competency as appropriate to the population of patients served.
Must be available to provide nursing services in all patient care areas of expertise and knowledge, at all elected facilities.
A registered nurse's practice is guided by the ANA Code of Ethics for Nurses with Interpretive Statements.

Intact sense of sight, hearing, smell, touch. Finger dexterity.
Critical thinking and ability to concentrate. Must be able to respond quickly to changes in patient and/or unit conditions.

- Department Information:
- Census? Average patients/day? 5-15 cases per day
- Minimum Years of Experience required?
- RN: 2 years with critical care/Cath lab experience
- Cardiac Cath Tech: 2 years of experience
- Will you accept a first-time traveler? No
- Patient Types/Common Diagnoses:
- Impella, IVUS, OCT, IABP, RFR
- Required License, National Certification, Certifications (BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, etc.), or other position specific requirements such as Driver's License and/or Insurance:
- RN: BLS, ACLS
- Cardiac Cath Tech: BLS, ACLS; ARRT-R or equivalent OR RCIS is required

- RN: Dysrhythmias and moderate sedation. Perivascular cases. High acuity cases for STEMI (preferred) Also knowledge of vascular cases
