Assignment for 16-32 weeks. Miller 6 – Ortho Surgical Med/Surg: Will float to like units; Weekends required, travelers may be asked to do more than every other weekend; BLS and NIHSS required – NIHSS required prior to start; Prior travel is preferred – if this is first travel assignment then facility is seeking 4 years of strong MS with ortho experience, as well as experience in more than one large teaching, trauma center; Experience in large teaching facility required; A minimum of 2 years ortho experience. EPIC experience from within the past 2 years is required and nonnegotiable. Monday to Sunday; Bi-weekly Orientations on Monday. IVS to OFFER; This facility requires ALL work history information (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) to be complete in order to submit. Please ensure all employment gaps over 30 days are explained. Covid and Flu declinations accepted- please have either proof or declinations in packet. No block schedules for any reason. Public Transportation is NOT accessible in this area, please ensure you have reliable transportation, personal vehicle or rental vehicle are strongly recommended. Vehicles should be equipped with all season or snow tires during the months of November – April.
