Position Overview

Role: Registered Nurse – Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU)

Location: San Antonio, TX

Facility: CHRISTUS Health system (likely a CHRISTUS hospital)

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Shift: Night Shift – 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
👶 Required Clinical Experience
You must have:
-
PICU (Pediatric Intensive Care Unit) experience
-
Ventilator management experience in pediatric patients
Preferred:
-
Experience working recently in a pediatric setting
-
At least 1 year in the specialty
🎓 Education Requirements
Preferred:

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
Minimum:

RN qualification meeting state requirements.
📜 Required Certifications
(All must be from the American Heart Association)

BLS – Basic Life Support

ACLS – Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support

PALS – Pediatric Advanced Life Support
