• About Facility:
  • Home Health
  • Radius rule: Traveler's permanent address must be 50 miles outside of home unit
• Department Information:
  • 6 visits a day
  • There is not a max mileage to drive. The average is 60-80 miles a day. Mileage is reimbursed weekly.
  • Minimum Years of Experience required? 1 year Home Health
  • Will you accept a first-time traveler? Yes, if seasoned to home health
• Patient Types/Common Diagnoses:
  • All Adults
  • Chronic diseases, Orthopedics/Ortho Surgery
  • Teammates will travel throughout the below areas: Albemarle, Badin, Harrisburg, Mt Gilead, Norwood, Troy and cities in between
• Required License, National Certification, Certs (BLS, ACLS, etc.), or other position specific requirements such as Driver's License and/or Insurance:
  • Driver's License and proof of Insurance required

• Additional Information:
  • Do they schedule their own appointments with this position? - They will schedule the visit with the patients the day prior to the visit planned.
  • Do they still get paid for cancelled appointments? Cancelled appts are not counted as visit equivalents. They are required 30 VE a week

  • Is a company cell phone provided? A phone is provided and is used for documentation and calling patients/providers.
