General Information:
Rooms: 3 ultrasound rooms, 3 patient rooms, 2 procedure rooms
Will you accept a traveler with 1-year experience? 1 year of Ultrasound experience
Will you accept a first-time traveler? No
Patient Types/Common Diagnoses:
infertility
Daily Case Load:
10-15 patients/day, 2-3 embryo transfers a day Sunday through Saturday, 1-2 sonograms per day Monday – Friday
Required Certifications:
BLS, ARDMS (Abd/OBGYN)
Skills required:
Experience with the following scans: pelvic, anatomy, follicle size, ovaries, endometrium, growth, biophysical scans, placental, volatility
Support on the Unit:
Leadership
Other Sonographers
Providers
Clinical nurses
Technology/Equipment:
EMR: EPIC
Equipment: Client Voluson S10, Client Signature 20, E8, E10, Expert 22
Floating: If yes, where?
NO
Orientation (how many shifts):
5
Scheduling:
Weekend rotation: Every other weekend
Call? If so, what is that schedule? No call
Holiday Expectations: in rotation with staff
Approval of time off: Can we approve time off on your behalf, or would you like all requests sent to you? Request sent to me.
Shift times: M-F 7am-1530, Weekends and Holiday shorter clinic days estimate 2-4 hours a day.

Scrub Color: any color, must be professional; surgical scrubs on site for procedures
