Home Health Registered Nurse (RN)

Position: Home Health RN

Location: North Princeton, NJ

Job Type: Contract / Field-Based

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for the North Princeton area. The ideal candidate must be a local professional with strong experience in home health and OASIS documentation, capable of managing a high patient volume efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes

• Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans

• Complete accurate and timely OASIS documentation

• Manage a high patient volume of 5–6 visits per day

• Maintain detailed and compliant patient records

• Educate patients and families on treatment plans

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams

• Ensure adherence to healthcare standards and protocols

Requirements:

• Active New Jersey RN License (required)

• Must be a local candidate for North Princeton area

• Minimum 2 years of Home Health experience

• Mandatory experience with OASIS documentation

• Experience in a high-volume home health setting

• Strong organizational and communication skills

Schedule:

• Includes 1 weekend every 4 weeks (rotation required)

Work Environment:

• Field-based role covering the North Princeton, NJ area
