JOB DESCRIPTION
Condell - Rad

Busy facility - 273 licensed beds. Radiology department has 5 beds; patients are generally inpatient/outpatient: general xrays and fluoro patients. 1:1 patient ratio. Supervisor available for support as needed on unit. Caribbean Blue scrubs required. Free parking onsite.

CANDIDATE MUST HAVE:
- 2 years Xray experience
- IL state license (IEMA)
- BLS (AHA) and ARRT
- Fluoro experience
- Strong OR experience
- EPIC experience
Highly prefer a candidate that is proficient with Client/Siemens/Fuji equipment

• Required Certifications:
• BLS, ACR (ARRT) and IEMA certs, all are required
• Skills required
• General XRay and Flouro, Client/Siemens/Fuji equipment experience (preferred)
• EPIC experience is a must
• OR experience is required

• Orientation:
• at least one shift to learn flow
• Scheduling:
• Weekend rotation: every other
• On call: 4 shifts per month
• Holiday Expectations: 8 hour shift
