Job Title: Registered Nurse – Medical / Surgical
Location: Atlanta, GA
Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule:
- 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- 3x12-hour shifts (36 hours per week)
- Days may vary
Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care in a Medical/Surgical unit. The ideal candidate will be skilled in managing a diverse patient population and delivering care in a fast-paced acute care environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of recent Medical/Surgical nursing experience
- Current AHA BLS certification
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required
- ACLS certification preferred
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to medical/surgical patients
- Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes in status
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and records
- Educate patients and families on care plans
