START ASAP SHIFT: NIGHTS 1845-715 NO CALL NO FLOATING NO 48 hour RTO- MUST REQUEST IN SUB PACKET REQUIREMENTS:

RN LICENSURE
BLS, ACLS, PALS OR ENPC (AHA OR ARC)
TRAVEL EXPERIENCE PREFERRED
2 YEAR' EXPERIENCE
Trauma, Stroke, Chest Pain

**Titers must be in hand at time of submission
10 ROOM, 19 BED/CHAIR
Patient Ratio: 3 OR 4:1
SCRUB COLOR - Royal Blue
EMR -MEDHOST TRAVELERS SUBMITTED WITHOUT THE NECESSARY INFORMATION OR REQUIREMENTS WILL BE REJECTED

MUST INCLUDE PERMANENT HOME ADDRESS AND SS# ON THE SUBMISSION
TRAVELERS MUST BE GREATER THAN 50 MILES FROM FACILITY
