Description

Registered Nurse – Med/Surg Telemetry (RN/MS/Tele)
📍 Warrensville Heights

Facility: South Pointe Hospital
Shift: Night Shift | 3x12s | 36 Hours Guaranteed
Schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Status: AUTO OFFER

Job Requirements:

Minimum 18 months of recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required
Must have at least 18 months of permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience
Active Ohio RN license or Compact State license required at submission
Current AHA BLS certification required
Current AHA ACLS certification required
Traveler must be available to work every other holiday

Additional Details:

PBDS Assessment waived
ECG Rhythm Recognition Test required during orientation
SafeMedicate assessment required during orientation with passing score
Qualivis Lotus system used for timekeeping and submission of hours worked
